SPRING RAFFLE RULES

CAMPING DES BAINS

Article 1 – Organizer

SAS Lili Camping, operator of Camping des Bains, 15 Avenue Jean Mermoz, 58360 Saint-Honoré-les-Bains.

Article 2 – Conditions of participation

The raffle is exclusively for customers who booked directly with Camping des Bains, via the official website, by phone, or directly at reception. Bookings made through third-party platforms (Booking.com, agencies, OTAs, etc.) are not eligible.

Any booking of a minimum of 7 nights for a stay in April, made directly, automatically enters the customer into the raffle.

Article 3 – Principle of the raffle

A draw will be held among all eligible reservations to select a single winner.

Article 4 – Drawing of lots

The draw will take place on May 5th. The winner will be contacted by email or telephone.

Article 5 – Prize offered

The prize consists of a free week (7 nights) in the form of a credit note, corresponding to the exact amount of a week booked in April, in the same type of accommodation.

The credit is added to the customer account and is usable exclusively for a stay of at least 7 nights during the 2027 season, in the same type of accommodation, subject to availability, excluding July and August.

Article 6 – Terms of Use

The voucher is non-exchangeable for cash, non-transferable, and non-refundable. Tourist tax and optional services remain the responsibility of the winner.

Article 7 – Personal Data

The personal data collected is used solely for the management of reservations and the raffle, in accordance with the GDPR.

Article 8 – Acceptance of the regulations

Participation in the raffle implies full and complete acceptance of these rules, available on request or on the Camping des Bains website.
