INTERNAL RULES
Purpose of These Rules
Staying at Camping des Bains implies acceptance of these internal rules and a commitment to comply with them. Any breach may result in expulsion.
1 — Conditions of Admission
To be allowed to enter, even for a simple visit, to set up and stay at Camping des Bains, you must have been authorised by the manager or their representative.
The manager is responsible for ensuring the proper upkeep and good order of the campsite, as well as compliance with these internal rules.
In the event of a serious offence, the manager may call upon the police.
2 — Police Formalities
Anyone staying at least one night at Camping des Bains must first present their identity documents to the manager or their representative and complete the formalities required by the police.
Alternatively, an identity card or passport may be left as a deposit.
Unaccompanied minors are not allowed to stay at Camping des Bains.
3 — Pitches and Accommodation
Pitches are intended exclusively for leisure use. Any industrial, commercial, artisanal, or professional activity is prohibited.
The number of people staying on a pitch must not exceed the number of berths in the mobile home or lodge.
4 — Reception Office
The reception office is open from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM and from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM.

Complaints will only be considered if they are signed, dated, as precise as possible, and relate to relatively recent events.
5 — Noise and Quiet Hours
Campsite users are kindly asked to avoid any noise or conversation likely to disturb their neighbours. Sound devices must be adjusted accordingly.
Car doors and boot lids must be closed as quietly as possible.
Dogs and other animals must never be left free to roam. They must not be left at the campsite, even enclosed, in the absence of their owners, who are civilly liable for them.
Under no circumstances should they cause disturbance to neighbours.
Pet owners must pick up their animal’s waste and dispose of it in a bin.
Minors are under the supervision of their parents or any other responsible adult.
Complete silence must be observed between 11:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
6 — Visitors
After being authorised by the manager or their representative, visitors may be admitted to the campsite, under the responsibility of the campers hosting them.
Visitors’ cars are not allowed inside the campsite grounds.
Access to the campsite is prohibited for hawkers, door-to-door salespeople, walkers, picnickers, etc.
7 — Vehicle Traffic and Parking
Inside the campsite, vehicles must not exceed a speed of 10 km/h.
Only one vehicle is allowed per pitch.
Additional vehicles must be parked in the external car park.
Vehicle traffic is prohibited between midnight and 7:00 AM inside the campsite.
8 — Upkeep and Appearance of Facilities
Everyone must refrain from any action that could affect the cleanliness, hygiene, or appearance of the campsite.
It is prohibited to dump polluted water on the ground, at the foot of trees, or on plants.
Each pitch tenant must empty wastewater into the designated facilities.
Household waste, rubbish of all kinds, and paper must be placed in the bins provided.
The campsite is equipped with showers, washbasins, laundry, and dishwashing facilities. These installations must only be used for their intended purpose.
Parents are asked to accompany their children to the sanitary facilities.
Drying laundry is tolerated. However, the use of clotheslines or strings tied between trees is prohibited.
Plants and floral decorations must be respected.
Any damage will be penalised and the offender held financially responsible.
Cutting or pruning trees without permission, as well as driving nails into them, is prohibited.
No alterations may be made to pitches without the prior written authorisation of the manager.
9 — Fire Safety
Charcoal barbecues are allowed on pitches, unless restricted by prefectural order or the manager’s decision.
Camping stoves must be kept in good working order and not used in dangerous conditions.
For safety reasons, it is strictly prohibited to install, connect, or use inside accommodation any personal heating, cooking, or power-generating device not supplied or expressly authorised by the management, including paraffin heaters, electric fan heaters, or any device likely to produce carbon monoxide, cause fire, overheating, or any other danger to people or property.
In the event of fire, notify management immediately.
Fire extinguishers are available for use in an emergency.
A first-aid kit and a defibrillator are located at the reception office.
10 — Theft and Liability
Management has only a general obligation to supervise the campsite.
It cannot be considered as custodian of mobile homes, vehicles, personal belongings, or users’ installations, and its liability cannot be engaged in case of theft, loss, or damage.
Each user remains responsible for their installation and personal effects and must immediately report to the manager or their representative the presence of any suspicious person or abnormal event.
11 — Games and Activities
No violent or disruptive games may be organised near the facilities.
Children must always be under the supervision of their parents or a responsible adult.
The swimming area is reserved for authorised campsite residents, at their own responsibility or that of accompanying persons.
The manager may deny access to the swimming area to anyone whose behaviour does not comply with safety rules.
12 — Display
These internal rules are displayed at the campsite reception.
They are provided to each resident upon request.
13 — Swimming Pool
Entry to the swimming area is strictly prohibited outside opening hours.
Any breach will be immediately penalised.
Access to the swimming area is reserved for campsite residents.
As the pool is unsupervised, parents or any other accompanying adult are civilly responsible for the children in their care. It is strictly prohibited to leave a child alone or unaccompanied at the pool.
Shoes are not allowed in the pool area.
A designated area is provided for leaving shoes at the entrance.
Babies must wear waterproof swim nappies.
Animals are strictly prohibited in the pool area.
14 — Right to Image
During your stay, you may be photographed or filmed for the creation of our advertising materials, or for the campsite presentation during the weekly welcome event held in June, July, and August.
If you object, you must notify reception in writing upon arrival.
15 — Mail and Messages
Mail and messages are placed in the mailbox provided outside the reception.
16 — Breach of Internal Rules
The manager is responsible for order and the proper upkeep of the campsite and its various sports or other facilities.
If a resident disturbs other users’ stay, fails to comply with these rules, or causes damage of any kind, the manager or their representative may formally request them to cease the disturbance.
In case of a serious or repeated breach of these rules, and after formal notice by the manager or their representative to comply, the contract may be terminated.
In case of a criminal offence, the manager or their representative may call upon law enforcement.
