The data controller is SAS Lili Camping, which operates Camping des Bains, 15 avenue Jean Mermoz, 58360 Saint-Honoré-les-Bains (RCS Nevers 910 723 758).

Your visit to the website. Like any website, it receives your IP address, the date and time of connection, the pages viewed and the type of browser. These technical logs, kept by the host, are used for security and for the proper functioning of the site (legitimate interest). We do not use them to identify you personally.
Your requests and bookings. The website has no contact form: you write to us by email, by phone or by post. We then use your identity, your contact details, the dates and composition of your stay and the content of your message to reply, prepare a quote and manage your booking (pre-contractual measures, then performance of the contract). An enquiry that leads nowhere is kept for 3 years at most after the last contact. For a booked stay, your data is kept for the duration of the relationship, then archived for 5 years (limitation period), and 10 years for accounting records.
Your stay. At reception, we also process the information needed for your arrival, for invoicing and for the tourist tax, under the contract and our legal obligations.
Online search and booking go through the Hippocamp solution, a third-party provider (hippo-camp.fr). Its module is displayed on several pages, including Rates. As soon as the module is displayed, your browser connects to Hippocamp’s servers, which receive in particular your IP address. What you enter to book (identity, contact details, dates, composition of the stay) is used to process your booking and is passed on to us. The pages Contact and Restaurant menu display a Google Maps map. All pages load their fonts from Google’s servers. In both cases, Google receives your IP address and information about your browser.
The only cookie the site sets itself is “lvc_consent”, which stores your cookie choices for 6 months. To date, the site uses no audience measurement tool and no advertising cookie of its own. The third-party services mentioned above (Google, Hippocamp) may set their own cookies.

Only authorised campsite staff have access to them. Our technical providers help run the website and bookings: the host Hostinger International Ltd (Cyprus, European Union) and the Hippocamp booking solution. We do not sell your data. No automated decision is made on the basis of your information.
Google may process the connection data mentioned above in the United States. These transfers rely on the mechanisms provided by the GDPR to protect your data.
You may request access to your data, its rectification or erasure, restriction of processing, object to it and, where applicable, request its portability. If processing is based on your consent, you may withdraw it at any time. You may also give instructions on what happens to your data after your death.
To exercise your rights, write to info@campingdesbains.com or send a letter to Camping des Bains, 15 avenue Jean Mermoz, 58360 Saint-Honoré-les-Bains. We reply within one month. If there is any doubt about your identity, we may ask you for proof of identity.
